It is important to consider the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The amount taken as a basis for the payment of compensation may not be less than the minimum wage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maximum salary will be considered if the salary of the worker exceeds twice the minimum wage of the geographical area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>If a worker is not enrolled in Social Security, the employer becomes responsible for the work risks suffered by employees when they are working in the company.-<\/strong> <strong>Ministry of Labor and Social Security<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The employer does not cover the occupational risk if:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The worker is in a state of drunkenness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The accident was under the action of some narcotic or unnerving drug.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The worker intentionally causes an injury on his own or in agreement with another person.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is the result of a fight or suicide attempt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the event that a worker does not have economic benefits from the IMSS, it is very likely that he will not have the right to claim compensation for suffering an occupational risk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Legal and Accounting Consulting in Playa del Carmen<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What to do in case of suffering an occupational risk?
