Annual financial statement of natural persons<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

A person who receives income for wages, is not required to submit the annual tax return, but if you want to do it you can declare it at any time of the year, and also access important deductions and credit balances.<\/span><\/p>\n

The annual statement aims to inform the SAT what are the annual income and deductions for income tax (ISR). The ISR payments are made on account of the annual tax, if they haven\u2019t been presented, this declaration cannot be fulfilled; nor will they be able to declare if the amounts of the monthly VAT payments declared each month are not included.<\/span><\/p>\n

Submitting your annual return in a timely manner is necessary so that you do not receive a penalty.<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

The annual declaration must be submitted by natural persons who have obtained income by:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Providing professional services (fees)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Renting real estate.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Performing business activities, except those activities that are part of the Fiscal Incorporation Regime.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Transfering assets (transfer assets from one estate to another)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Acquiring assets.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    * If you obtain additional income such as loans, prizes, donations, inheritances or\u00a0 sell a house, you can also declare them, even if you paid the corresponding taxes.<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Electronic invoices of personal deductions.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Password or active electronic signature.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
