padding-right: 15px; color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?url=http%3A%2F%2Fquadranslawandfinance.com&amp;text=The%20work%20must%20be%20an%20original%20creation%20susceptible%20of%20reproduction%20by%20any%20other%20means. \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The work must be an original creation susceptible of reproduction by any other means.<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The legislation of the copyright is part of the intellectual property, this is divided in two branches: industrial property and copyright.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The protection of copyright covers expressions, but not ideas, procedures, operation methods or mathematical concepts, and it may or may not protect elements such as titles, mottos or logos thad depend on the paternity of the work.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The author has specific rights which are classified in two:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Personal right or moral right.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This copyright recognizes the creator of the work for its release and protects it to avoid deformations or mutilations of this work.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Economical right or patrimonial.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The author has the faculty of exploiting his work by himself, besides he&#8217;s the one who decides to authorize or prohibit to other parties the exploiting of his work within the limits established by the Copyright Federal Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"background: url('http:\/\/twitter.antoniorull.com\/img\/tuit.png') right top no-repeat rgba(0, 152, 209, 0.1); padding-right: 15px; color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?url=http%3A%2F%2Fquadranslawandfinance.com&amp;text=The%20validity%20the%20Copyright%20has%20is%20during%20the%20whole%20author's%20life%20and%20100%20years%20after%20his%20death. \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The validity the Copyright has is during the whole author&#8217;s life and 100 years after his death.<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Works the Copyright protects according to the 13th article of the Copyright Federal Law:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Literary<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Musical with or without lyrics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Drama<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pictorial or drawing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sculptural and plastic ones<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cartoon and comic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Architectural<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cinematographies and other audiovisual works<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Radio and television programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Computer programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Photographic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Works of applied art, including graphic or textile design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Compilation works, integrated by the collections of works such as: encyclopedias, anthologies, works or other elements such as databases.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To detect if a work is protected, one must have an &#8220;intellectual copyright notice&#8221;, this is marked with the symbol &#8220;<strong>\u00a9<\/strong>&#8221; or by the words &#8220;intellectual copyright&#8221; followed by the date of the first release and the name of the owner of such rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"background: url('http:\/\/twitter.antoniorull.com\/img\/tuit.png') right top no-repeat rgba(0, 152, 209, 0.1); padding-right: 15px; color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?url=http%3A%2F%2Fquadranslawandfinance.com&amp;text=The%20works%20protected%20by%20copyright%20are%20creatives%20in%20regard%20to%20the%20choice%20and%20disposition%20of%20the%20means%20of%20expression%2C%20whether%20work%2C%20musical%20notes%2C%20colors%20and%20forms. \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The works protected by copyright are creatives in regard to the choice and disposition of the means of expression, whether work, musical notes, colors and forms.<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The works that have this protection cannot be used without the consent of the author, while the ones that aren&#8217;t protected are considered of public domain and may be used freely;
