It becomes a motivation for employees, and they feel valued when the feedback is positive.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Improves working relationships.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Feedback encourages communication among employees. This prevents conflicts from generating and escalating into a major problem.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to remember that this communication must be clear and respectful.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Learning from mistakes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If feedback is not received, there will be no opportunity for improvement.
