Empathy<\/span>: <\/b>This characteristic is necessary for a leader to empathize with their workers and their problems.<\/span><\/p>\n

Accept mistakes: <\/b><\/span>Leaders can also make mistakes and the important thing when making a mistake is to look for the options to reach the solution.<\/span><\/p>\n
