income is obtained by granting real estate for rent or rental such as: house, rooms, apartments, buildings, commercial premises, and warehouses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong><em>\u00a0Dividend regime:<\/em> <\/strong><\/span>They are obtained by income from dividends or profits distributed by legal
