It is also important that you know the working conditions you would be agreeing to as part of your contract. In Mexico, those conditions are established in the Federal Labor Law, and they are applicable for any employee working under contract.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>The Office of the Federal Attorney for Labor Defense (PROFEDET) is the institution that protects your employee benefits. They cannot be modified.Any additional benefits to the ones required by law are simply called employee benefits.
