Therefore, if you are the holder, only you have the rights to reproduce your design. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nowadays, industrial designs are valid for five years after the application is submitted. Then, the registration is renewed every five years as well, until 25 years are reached. There is already an established fee for both registrations and renewals.
