\n1. Business partnership:<\/strong> It is a type of company in which partners respond in a
\nsubsidiary, unlimited, and solidary manner to their social obligations. No minimum
\ncapital is established, and there is no limit in the number of partners that can

\n2. Limited partnership:<\/strong> It is formed by silent partners that respond in a subsidiary,
\nunlimited, and solidary manner to their social obligations, and general partners whose
\nonly responsibility is the payment of their contributions.
\n3. Partnership limited by shares:<\/strong> Includes two types of partners: the general partner
\nand the silent partner. Not all partners have the same liabilities given that their capital
\nexists in the form of shares.
\n4. Limited liability company:<\/strong> It is constituted by partners whose only liability is the
\npayment of their contributions. The parts cannot be represented by any negotiable
\ninstruments or bearer securities (or bonds), given that these would only be allowed in
\nthe cases and under the requirements established in the General Law of Commercial
\nCompanies. This type of company cannot include more than 50 partners.
\n5. Anonymous society:<\/strong> It is composed of partners whose only liability is the payment
\nof their contributions. The minimum capital required is fifty thousand pesos, and
\ncompanies like this can last from 1 to 99 years.
