This document is private and must be signed by the grantor, who concedes the power, and two witnesses must be present for the act to be authenticated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The most prominent types of powers used by firms are:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>General Power<\/strong>\u200b: Enables the conduction of diverse legal proceedings and does not lose its value with each use. Such power is limited to a single action, and expires once the act has concluded.
