This allows the rights of every trademark to be protected from potential illegalities derived from their improper use.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>The most reliable way to protect your trademark\u2019s rights is by registering it before the IMPI.<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Additionally, by registering the trademark, its own products and services will be distinguished from others that are similar and already in the market.
