Who are the expert translators?
When you have a legal document in another language, and you need to do some procedure, you must submit with an official translate, for that you must go with an expert translator.
It is necessary to legally translate any document in a language different from the country where a legal procedure is carried out.
An expert translator is an expert in the translation of documents, they have a governmental, state or federal authorization that authorizes them to make official translations, inside and outside the country.
By providing a certified translation they will bear the seal and signature of the expert translator; in addition, each expert has an official stamp with national and international validity.
In Mexico, the Superior Courts of Justice or the Federal courts are the competent authorities to grant power to the expert translators, who are in charge of regulating the work through visits and reports on a constant basis.
The expert language translators must have a certificate issued by an official institution stating that they have the knowledge of the profession, subject, craft or technical profession and the independence and impartiality to translate.
The certified translations are delivered in printed form in two original copies; including the signature, the official stamp of the expert translator and a declaration on the fidelity of translation with respect to the original.

The translations are made based on the original format, that is, the distribution of texts, sizes and types of sources is respected; the elements of the document are also described as stamps, emblems, acronyms, signatures, etc.
All translations are done in letterhead format, are foliated, listed and canceled in the empty spaces to avoid any alteration or modification of its content. At the end of the translation, the appointment of the expert translator is attached by the official authorities.
Once a translation is certified by an expert translator, according to knowledge and understanding, new modifications can not be made, any suggestion for modification must be approved first by the expert.
