An administrative act is a document of internal control within a company, its purpose is to indicate the negative evidences of the collaborators, as long as these affect the regulations of the company, fail to comply with the stipulations of the Federal Labor Law or are related to the code of conduct.
What is the importance of applying an administrative act?
The importance of an administrative record is that it becomes a document with legal evidence on which negative actions by employees within the company are based and which represent legal evidence in the conciliation and arbitration boards.
The administrative records detail the events that occurred, the date, time and if there were witnesses, it also determines the sanctions that will be carried out according to the internal work regulations.
