On December 1st of 2021, the Nacional Comision of Minimum Salary gave to know the change of the minimum salary general and official that began its validity this year, from the first of January. Don’t stop reading because here we will share with you how much increase the minimum salary.

How much increases the minimum salary?
The CCE in coordination with the Federal government in the worker’s sector announce an increase of 22% of minimum salary. This with the purpuse to be supportive and reafirm the compromise to improve the income of the workers whom earn less
We iniciate with a phase of economic recovery.
The minimum salary were in the next way:
- Free zone of the border north= $260.34
- Rest of the country= $172.87
The composition of the tripartite agreement is a 9% increase plus an Independent Recovery Amount (MIR) in both zones. This increase is reflected in a real improvement in the purchasing power of workers.
